Agape for Life LLC provides comprehensive support with home healthcare enrollment, Medicaid enrollment, and caregiver staffing services across all five boroughs of New York City. We are committed to ensuring that individuals and families receive the care and resources they need — because you should never have to face these challenges alone.
In addition, we offer access to New York State Department of Health approved training programs for Personal Care Aides (PCA) and Home Health Aides (HHA), helping build skilled caregivers who are ready to serve the community with compassion and excellence.

Betsi Luciano
Founder & CEO
Betsi Luciano is a devoted mother, trusted friend, and passionate entrepreneur known for creating growth and impact everywhere she goes. She began her journey in 2015 as a Medicaid Enrollment Specialist, steadily navigating and mastering the homecare industry.
With over 13 years of experience in homecare, HMOs, MLTCs, and customer service, Betsi built a foundation rooted in knowledge, compassion, and dedication. Driven by a powerful vision, she established Agape for Life to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families.

Agape for Life is proud to have partnered with P.S. 035 Nathaniel Woodhull, a school within District 75 that serves students with disabilities (special education). The school provides specialized services and is fully accessible, ensuring that students receive the support they need in an inclusive and accommodating learning environment.

PathCare Health connects patients and providers through seamless virtual healthcare solutions. For several years, PathCare has been making healthcare simpler, smarter, and more connected by delivering reliable virtual services that meet clinical, operational, and compliance needs for providers—while offering accessible, personalized care for patients. PathCare proudly supports home care agencies, MLTC plans, as well as DME and pharmacy partners. In addition, PathCare operates Medicare-covered programs such as Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), with full reporting, compliance oversight, and care coordination expertly managed by their team.
